Watch Together Project: Body Positivity – Kaia & Vince

Together, teens and parents will watch an animated story about Kaia and Vince. Kaia and Vince both struggle with how they see themselves, made worse by comparison culture and social media. This session helps families open up about the pressure to be perfect and how body image concerns affect all genders. Participants will learn how to recognize the signs of low self-esteem, interrupt negative self-talk, and foster an environment where appearance is not tied to value. In this interactive session, parents and teens will be guided through how to support peers, challenge beauty standards, and promote gratitude, joy, and realistic digital habits.
