Sometimes the experiences of life can make us feel like we’ve lost our way. We forget our worth, our potential, and our identity. Our problems become so overwhelming that we can’t see anything else.
Join Dr. Paul Parkin as he discusses how we can find ourselves when we’re feeling lost. How we navigate the experiences and voices in life that tell us that we’re not enough. How we rediscover our direction, purpose, and meaningful relationships that will carry us through.

Paul Parkin, Ph.D.
Dr. Paul Parkin is a teacher, speaker, and researcher who focuses on connection and happiness. He received a Master’s Degree from California State University, Sacramento in Leadership and Instructional communication, and a Ph.D. from the University of Utah in Relational communication.
