In this course, focused on stopping your yo-yo cycle with food, Jenna Riemersma, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Level III Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, EMDR therapist, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Supervisor (CSAT-S), Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist Supervisor (CMAT-S), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), helps us understand why we get caught in cycles of imbalance in our relationship with food and how we can begin to change of our behavior through acceptance and compassion towards ourselves.

Jenna Riemersma is the founder and clinical director of The Atlanta Center for Relational Healing. She is teaching faculty for the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and core faculty for Addo Recovery. She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. Jenna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Level III Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, an EMDR therapist, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Supervisor (CSAT-S), Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist Supervisor (CMAT-S), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
