Together, teens and parents will watch an animated story about Danny. After surviving a fire that left him physically changed, Danny feels like he’s lost the life he once had. This session opens a powerful discussion on body image, grief, and one’s mental health after trauma. In this interactive session, parents and teens will cover the role of validation, practical coping strategies, and how to build a support team.
